Water Supply policy,2024:

Odisha govt. Sets a target to achieve the target of getting har ghar Jal with Centres   Jal Jeevan mission by  2024.

Pure & Potable drinking water for all rural  households, public institutions like health centre , schools, anganwadi centres under panchayati Raj & Drinking Water department.

Objectives:

# Development of  under ground pipe water Supply infrastructure in villages.

#Every rural households has functional Tap connection (FHITC).

#Monitor & check the functionality of tap connection.

#In required areas bulk water transfer ,water treatment plants, with hygeinic distribution network should be arranged.

#Techonlogical intervention for removal of contaminants , foreign particles should be applied where such issues found 

#55 lpcd (litres per day) should be provided in FHTC

#TO check quality & surveillance, laboratories with HRD  should be established.

NIRMAN SHRAMIK PAKKA GHAR YOJANA (NSPGY)

NIRMAN SHRAMIK PAKKA GHAR YOJANA (NSPGY):-

#To  Provide Pakka houses  🏠  to 

Building 🏢  workers & other construction workers in rural areas.

#The workers must be registered under 

Odisha Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (OB & OCWWB).

#The  district Labour office will submit the list of construction works having existing valid registration with OB &OCWWB .

BDO will sanction houses against the target allotted on the basis of auto generated priority list in Awaasoft Portal for the eligible construction workers.

#Any beneficiaries allotted with a house under 

NSPGY whose house has fully damaged/collapsed due to land slide/elephant menace /Earthquake/Flood/Fire Accident/Cyclone will be able to get another NSPGY home.

Pakka house standards

#The houses shall be of RCC or any other materials of equivalent strength approved by Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water (PR&DW) department.

#Minimum Carpet area for the house 25 M2 including hygienic cooking space & excluding toilet

#No Contractor shall be involved for construction of houses under NSPGY.

#The expected life span of the new houses are of minimum 30 years

#Time period to complete the new houses 12 months.

Regarding Financial Aids & Incentives:-

#Funded by OB&OCWWB

#The fund will be sanctioned preferably in the name of woman head of household.

#Payment shall be credited to the beneficiary`s account from the bank account maintained by State-level by PR & DW through PFMS.

#For IAP DISTRICTS:- 1,30,000 /-per house

For Non IAP DISTRICTS:-1,20,000 /-per house

For IHHL:-12000/- under Swachha Bharat Mission

(IHHL- Individual HouseHold Latrine)

#For completion of house & IHHL within 4 months

of receipt of 1st instalment,

Extra 20,000/- will be paid to beneficiaries.

For completion of house & IHHL within 6 months

of receipt of 1st instalment,

Extra 10,000/- will be paid to beneficiaries.

#The Payment Installments are same as 

BIJU PAKKA GHAR YOJANA (BPGY)

BIJU SWASTHYA KALYAN YOJANA ,ODISHA;

 

 - Cashless Health Care in state govenment hospitals ,from sub - centre level to District Head quarters and govt. medical colleges.

-Cashless Health Care in all private empanelled  hopitals with in and out side odisha.

-Annual 5 lakh per family and additional 5 lakh for the women of the family .

Eligibility:-

-All citizens of odisha.

-All BSKY health card holders / National Food Security Act(NFSA) or State Food Security Act(SFSA)card holders.

How to get:-

-Distributed by the govt. to each family.

-From Mo Seva Kendra by producing NFSA/SFSA card.

Coverage Period:-

-Tiil the name of the family members are in NFSA/SFSA database.

-No renewal.

-The annual amount gets refreshed every year.

-No certain limit.

-The name of the BSKY card holder shall be validated from NFSA/SFSA server .

If details are not available while checking during medical admission then person is not eligible to get benefits.

If Aadhar card and finger print is authentication is  failed then issue of override code will be requested to appropriate Authority.

1.Reserved Packages:-

3% of total packages are reserved for govt. health institutions.

Uses for minor diseases

Superficial burns, minor injury, malaria, typhoid ,Gastroentritis, Diarrohea, Dysentry, Tuberculosis,Urinary tract infections,Heat strokes,Surgery of Hydrocele etc.

2.Referral Packages:-

10% of total packages are reserved for empanelled private hospital.

To get this packages , patient shall be  referred to empanelled private hospitals by CDM and PHO ,superitendent and concerned specialist. When the particular packages cannot be provided by govt health family.

A festival of Hindus falls on 2nd day of  Shukla paksha of the month of Asadha.Also known as festival of chariots. People from all over the world Come to celebrate the festival.

In Rath Yatra, Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra & sister  

Subhadra are taken to Gundicha temple from Jagannath temple in Chariots namely Nandighosha ,Taladhwaja & Dwarpadalana respectively where they stay for 9 days. Afterward the deities ride chariots back to Shri mandir in Bahuda Yatra. On the way back to Jagannath temple, the three goddess stay at Mausi MAA Mandir & served with Poda pitha .
