BIJU SWASTHYA KALYAN YOJANA ,ODISHA;

 

 - Cashless Health Care in state govenment hospitals ,from sub - centre level to District Head quarters and govt. medical colleges.

-Cashless Health Care in all private empanelled  hopitals with in and out side odisha.

-Annual 5 lakh per family and additional 5 lakh for the women of the family .

Eligibility:-

-All citizens of odisha.

-All BSKY health card holders / National Food Security Act(NFSA) or State Food Security Act(SFSA)card holders.

How to get:-

-Distributed by the govt. to each family.

-From Mo Seva Kendra by producing NFSA/SFSA card.

Coverage Period:-

-Tiil the name of the family members are in NFSA/SFSA database.

-No renewal.

-The annual amount gets refreshed every year.

Size of the family:-

-No certain limit.

Card's Structure and features :-

-64 kb chip based SCOSTA(smart card operating system) card.

-A number and name printed.

-Card contains  

Name of the family members

Age

Demographic details

Aadhar no.

Relation with households    

-The name of the BSKY card holder shall be validated from NFSA/SFSA server .

If details are not available while checking during medical admission then person is not eligible to get benefits.

-After that Aadhar card verification will be done through IRIS or POS device.

If Aadhar card and finger print is authentication is  failed then issue of override code will be requested to appropriate Authority.

Packages:-

1.Reserved Packages:-

3% of total packages are reserved for govt. health institutions.

Uses for minor diseases

Superficial burns, minor injury, malaria, typhoid ,Gastroentritis, Diarrohea, Dysentry, Tuberculosis,Urinary tract infections,Heat strokes,Surgery of Hydrocele etc.

2.Referral Packages:-

10% of total packages are reserved for empanelled private hospital.

To get this packages , patient shall be  referred to empanelled private hospitals by CDM and PHO ,superitendent and concerned specialist. When the particular packages cannot be provided by govt health family.

Services:-

-IPD and Day care treatment.

-OPD in private is not allowed.

-Package Master and Implant Master , Unspecified package codes are available.

Empanelled Hospitals:-

-Swasthya Mitras are frontline facilitators to assist the beneficiaries appointed by SHAS(state health assurance society).

Claim settlement :-

-Documents mentioned in package master.

-Documents uploaded within the 7 days of discharge of patient.

-Payment is done through Public Financial Management System(PFMS) within fourweeks of raising the issue.

-For multiple surgery in one OT session 

1st surgery :100%

2nd surgery :50%

3rd surgery :25%
